Railway Apprentice 2022 Notification
North Central Railway has issued notification for a total of 196 trainee vacancies in different trades at Wagon Repair Workshop, Jhansi.
Candidates who want to apply for Apprenticeship in North Central Railway, they can apply online through the link provided on the official website of North Central Railway. The last date for online application has been set 15 July 2022.
According to the notification issued by the North Central Railway for the trainees, the candidates will be selected for one year for all the advertised trades.
The hostels or residential facilities will not be provided by the Railways to the selected candidates during the training period and these candidates will have to arrange their own boarding and lodging. After successful training, candidates will have to appear in the trade test to be conducted by the Director General of Employment and Training, Ministry of Labor and Employment.
National Trade Certificate will be issued to the successful candidates in this trade test. However, after training these candidates will not be given any guarantee of employment by the Railways.

- Welder (Gas & Electric) – 50 post
- Mechanic Machine and Tool Maintenance – 13 post
- Machinist – 12 post
- Painter – 16 post
- Electrician – 12 post
- Stenographer (Hindi) – 3 post
Eligibility for Railway Apprentice 2022 Vacancies
In order to apply for the Apprenticeship vacancies advertised in North Central Railway, candidates should have passed 10th with minimum 50% marks from a recognised board and must have ITI pass certificate in the trade related to a recognised institute.
